Detail
A liaison to coordinate and interpreter between GM, Inter-departmental (Thai Staff), branches (HK,Singapore,Malaysia.etc.), Customers and the other company
Email, Document, Video translator(Japanese-Thai-English)
Travel with GM to support his work in business trip both domestic and oversea. Average once or twice per month (company supports for expenses).
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Aid customers in completing purchases and transactions
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Ad-hoc job required by GM.
Qualification:
Thai Nationality, Male (Preferable), Age 30-40
Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
Good Command of English(Business Level) & Japanese (N2 and above)
Posing positive and can do attitude
Preferable Skill / Experience
Having experience of working or studying in Japan or Japan company
Having some work experience in Sale, interpreter, or MLM business will be advantage
Able to perform business trip in upcountry and oversea occasionally
Language Skill:
*English: Advanced conversational level
*Japanese: Business Level (N1 is preferable)
Workplace Area:(BTS) Asoke, (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour:Flexible time/start from 8-10 AM and work for 8 hours /
Monday – Friday/Saturday 1 day per month
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000-80,000 THB/ Month
