< Job Responsibilities > ■ Operations & Financial Management - Operational Support: Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the outlet runs efficiently and meets all company standards. - Cash Management: Handle daily cash flow, including cash register balancing, petty cash management, and reporting, ensuring 100% accuracy. - Cost Control: Support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and implementing cost-saving measures to improve profitability. - Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely ordering to prevent shortages. ■ Expansion & Growth - Growth Support: Assist management in the preparation and execution of new outlet openings. - Process Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager to enhance shop systems and operational consistency. ■ Team Leadership & Training - Staff Supervision: Support the Store Manager in supervising and motivating the team to deliver excellent hospitality. - Training: Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting ongoing training, focusing on "Omotenashi" and multilingual service for international guests. - Compliance: Ensure all staff members maintain their Food Handler Certificates and strictly follow sanitation and safety protocols. ■ Marketing & Customer Experience - Local Marketing: Assist in executing promotional activities and local marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic. - Customer Relations: Manage guest feedback alongside the Store Manager to ensure a high-quality experience for both Thai and multinational clientele. ■ Administrative Support - Report directly to the Store Manager and/or Japanese Manager. - General Tasks: Execute any additional tasks or administrative duties assigned by the Management to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree of related field - Fresh Graduates are Welcomed - Conversion middle level of English for communicate with the Japanese Thai Branch Manager - Who can oversee and manage able to rotate to other 4 outlet locations in Bangkok as assign. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Food Handler Certificate <Personality> - Good Responsibility - Good customer oriented
