Assistant Smelting Supervisor (20K–23K) (SDG-61136) รองหัวหน้าฝ่ายเครื่องหลอม <Job Responsibilities> - Keep operator performance in order to improve working efficiency. - Supervise and control subordinates to follow process instruction company policy regulation - Responsible for operator discipline and area housekeeping - Control line inventory according to standard working in process - Provide necessary report and information to department head/concerned - Ensure the operator working under safety condition - Supports development of production objectives and targets - Performs related work as required. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least diploma degree in industrial field or any related field - At least 2 years in production practice in factory with knowledge in die-casting process - Be able to communicate in English - Good team working, leadership skill with pleasant personality - Flexible and be able to work night shift if needed (future plan) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experiences directly in smelting machine - Experiences from related industries (HDD base plate manufacturer) - Team leading experiences Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amphur Nong-Khae, Saraburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdat) About the Benefits Salary: 20,000–23,000THB About the company Products: HDD base plate, metal top cover Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components;
