Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
■ New Business Development
- Generate leads and approach Japanese and local companies
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; lead negotiations and closing
- Manage the sales process, including appointments, meetings, follow-ups, and closing

■ Existing Client Management
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Propose upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in regular project meetings and monitor project progress
- Provide improvement suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction

■ Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal operations and service teams
- Prepare proposals and manage profitability and cost structures
- Lead internal coordination during project kick-off and onboarding

■ Business Development
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends
- Plan and propose new services and solutions
- Other duties that are assigned by the management team

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree
・Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or
・non-bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of sales experience
- Experience in B2B sales in one of the following industries: automotive, real estate, recruitment, IT, advertising, or related fields
- Conversational middle-high level of English
English is the internal working language; candidates must handle documentation, emails, and presentations in English
- Understanding of business practices and commercial culture in Thailand
- Conversational business level of Japanese(N1)
- Advance in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Sales experience in BPO, E-commerce, CRM, or Digital Marketing industries
- Experience selling to Japanese companies
- Conversational to business-level Thai
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including revenue, gross profit, and KPI management
