Responsible for the overall business development of Watch in Thailand by working closely with distributors.

Building good working relationship with distributors and dealers.
Collaborate with distributors to organize advertising and promotional activities such marketing programs, events and campaigns to increase awareness and sales of products.
Collate distributors’ monthly Purchase, Sales & Inventory (PSI) reports and submit to Singapore Head Office.
Monitor sell-in and sell-through results of distributors.
Analyze PSI report and identify possible causes for missing targets and propose recovery plans.
Visit dealers regularly to understand market condition and consumer preferences.
Conduct surveys on industry and market trends, dealers and competitors’ activities.
Carry out other activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
Desired skills & experiences:

Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 28 - 39
5-10 years sales or product marketing experience in watch business.
Good experience in distributor and dealers management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, organized and prompt in follow up.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate/Advance Level)
Excellent command of English

Established contacts and relationships with watch distributors/dealers preferred.
Knowledge of Japanese culture will be advantageous.

English: Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit / Bangkok
Working Hour:9:00 – 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 80,000THB – 110,000THB
