Work Outline Assistant Sales Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining and increasing Department’s target; Booking, Sales, Gross Profit and
Operation Profit
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base and satisfaction
Developing sales strategy in order to retain a competitiveness in the market
Managing team members and setting sales targets for individual and as a whole team target, monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
Collecting customer feedback and analysis as well as performing Customer Relationships Management
Keeping up to date with products, services and competitors
Possibly dealing with some key account customers by yourself
Recruiting and training sales staff
Performing sales activities under the organizational policies e.g. Corporate Social
Responsibility, Compliance, Quality Management System
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female , age 30 years above
Bachelor’s Degree in Control System, Instrumentation, Automation or related engineering field
At least 5 years in sales and services experience in automation, control & measurement, field instruments in the industry of Oil & Gas, Refinery,
Petrochemical, Chemical, etc.
Experience in managing and directing sales team
Having competency in Sales & Profitability Management, Planning & Organizing skills and Leadership
Good command of spoken and written English
Possess car driving license and personal vehicle
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: -
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 50,000-60,000THB Negotiable
