Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise and maintain product quality inspection before delivery.
- Oversee three-stage quality control: In-Coming, In-Process, and Finished Goods Inspection.
- Manage and guide subordinates to ensure efficient performance.
- Make preliminary decisions on product quality for further processing.
- Review and verify decisions made by quality control staff regarding inspection and testing results.
- Analyze causes of non-conforming products and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and improve quality control procedures and standards, including GMP / HACCP documentation.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members to enhance their capabilities.
- Summarize and report work results and encountered problems to supervisors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as QC in the Food/Beverage manufacturing industry
- At least 2 years of experience at a supervisor/management level with subordinates
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods and standards (e.g., GMP & HACCP, GFSI).
- Conversational middle level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document)
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality tools.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
- Experience in a Canned Food manufacturing
- Experience in a Japanese company
