Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement lean manufacturing concepts to enhance quality, reduce cost, and improve delivery timelines.
- Develop, test, and operationalize control systems to optimize plant efficiency and automation levels.
- Create and maintain process control charts, control plans, work instructions (WI), and production audit policies.
- Analyze and resolve production issues such as material variances and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement a reliability control machinery program, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
- Ensure the production line operates according to the plan with optimal efficiency.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and continuously improve work processes.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and allocate adequate manpower. Supervise team performance and ensure a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
- Report team performance and issues to management.
- Foster a culture of responsibility and teamwork.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Production engineering, Production Management, and Production control in the Food/Beverage manufacturing industry
- At least 2 years of experience at a supervisor/management level with subordinates
- Strong knowledge of Production Management(e.g., GMP & HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000)
- Conversational middle level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document)
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
- Experience in a Canned Food manufacturing
- Experience in a Japanese company
