Assistant Plant Manager
(50K – 70K) (SDG-57236)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการโรงงาน
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To maximize productivity from existing equipment and available manpower.
• Troubleshooting on defect and solving the problem.
• To control production budget , maintain the quality standards and delivering the products on the given deadline.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are met ISO standard such as ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001.
• Coordinate with other QA, PC, Warehouse Department to operate production smoothly.
• Always analyze and Implement new plans to ensure better results in accordance with the quality standards.
• Oversee the production process and production schedule (Day-Night shift).
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules.
• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Bachelor degree in chemical engineer only.
o 4 years working experience in production section from chemical industry.*Resin related manufacturing is high advantage
• 3 years management experience in production section (Have subordinate).
• Holding Licensed for Professional Practice (Professional Industrial Engineer Level or above) and Storage of Hazardous Substances license (บฉ)
• Strong knowledge of Distributed control system (DCS) .
• Advance conversational high in English (communicate with Japanese management).
• Have working experience in Japanese factory is a must.
• Strong knowledge of process Safety Management system.
• Advance conversational high level in Japanese.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (No Sat working))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตสูงสุดจากอุปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่และกำลังคนที่มีอยู่
•การแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องและแก้ไขปัญหา
•ควบคุมงบประมาณการผลิตรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพและส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ตามกำหนดเวลาที่กำหนด
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากฎระเบียบด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO เช่น ISO14001, ISO / TSI16949 และ OHSAS18001
•ประสานงานกับ QA, PC, ฝ่ายคลังสินค้าอื่น ๆ เพื่อดำเนินการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น
•วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการตามแผนใหม่อยู่เสมอเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้นตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
•ดูแลกระบวนการผลิตและตารางการผลิต (กะกลางวัน - กลางคืน)
•ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตและปรับตารางเวลา
•รับผิดชอบในการเลือกและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์
•ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้จัดการคนอื่น ๆ เพื่อกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนด
•จัดระเบียบขั้นตอนการทำงานให้ตรงตามข้อกำหนดและกำหนดเวลา
•ดูแลและกระตุ้นทีมงาน
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-35 ปี
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรเคมีเท่านั้น
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 4 ปีในส่วนการผลิตจากอุตสาหกรรมเคมี * การผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรซินมีข้อได้เปรียบสูง
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานส่วนผลิต 3 ปี (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา)
•ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ (ระดับวิศวกรอุตสาหการขึ้นไป) และใบอนุญาตเก็บรักษาวัตถุอันตราย (บฉ)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบควบคุมแบบกระจาย (DCS) เป็นอย่างดี
•สนทนาขั้นสูงเป็นภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (สื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น)
•ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานญี่ปุ่น
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการความปลอดภัยในกระบวนการจะดีมาก
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาจะดีมาก
