Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ①Production, Quality, and Cost Management & Improvement - Production:Check and adjust daily production plans, includingpurchasing, shipping schedules, and manpower. - Quality:Conduct process audits at suppliers based on MTguidelines.Ensure proper inspections and record-keeping(check sheets and documents). - Cost:Share updates with MT on exchange rates andmaterial costs and discuss actions. Use MT’s cost standards as a benchmark andimprove supplier performance in Thailand. - Improvement:Continuously review production lines and considerboth existing and new suppliers based on sales strategies. ②Workforce Management, Safety, and Governance - Workforce:Have regular meetings with employees to checktheir condition and concerns, and create a goodworking environment. - Safety:Conduct monthly safety patrols and aim for zeroaccidents. - Governance:Improve rules and responsibilities to prevent issuessuch as misuse of expenses or inventorydiscrepancies. ③HR and Accounting Responsibilities - Compensation Management:Set fair evaluation standards and implement salaryincreases and bonuses with MT approval. - Accounting:Check accounting records, manage payments, andconfirm incoming funds. - Government procedures:Handle social security, tax payments, and customsprocedures in line with Thai law. ④Reporting to Head Office (Japan) - Follow MT’s business plan and market strategy and share this direction with staff - Submit monthly reports on sales and activities. - Report any issues immediately and take corrective action. - Visit MT headquarters twice a year to report progress. ⑤Sales company (SMS) Administration (Additional Role) - Manage attendance, safety, and accounting tasks for sales office staff. ⑥Any others duties assigned by report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, supplier management, or factory administration. - Experience in production control, quality management, and cost management within a manufacturing environment. - Experience managing team members and coordinating with multiple departments. - Basic knowledge of accounting, inventory control, and administrative operations. - Conversational-middle level of English for communication with headquarters, email correspondence, and reporting. - Conversational - high of Japanese with N3 up to communicate with JP MD and HQ. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in automotive, industrial products, or manufacturing industries. - Knowledge of supplier audits, process improvement, and production line optimization. - Experience in safety management and workplace governance. - Familiarity with Thai labor law, social security, tax procedures, and customs operations. - Experience handling reporting and coordination with overseas headquarters, especially Japanese companies. - Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and manufacturing standards. - Japanese language skills are an advantage. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
