<Job Responsibilities> - Design and implement, Human Resource Development Plan Training Programs as company policy. - Design and deliver learning courses, content, and materrials tailored to Competency needs - Collect and analyze training results (Pre-Post Test, Evaluation, Feedback Reports). - Prepare training summary reports for present performance. - Keep knowledge up to date by reading trend & articles, or attending relevant courses. - Support Team performance: Communication, Leadership, and Team Engagement.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or higher - At least 5 years of experience in HRD Functions and Training Activities. - At least 3 years in Team Management - Conversation Middle Level in English, use for document and report <Personality> - Can strictly follow the rules. - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to prioritize and handle many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, Energetic can-do attitude and a passion for creating new improvement. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Working in Finance&Banking industry - Working at Japanese company - Can join immediately
