Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Review and issue submission quality upon customer request for Domestic and overseas customers.
EX: PPAP(Production Part Approval Process), IMDS(International Material Data System), SoC(Substances of Concern), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), Conflict mineral, Customer survey, 4M change(Man, Machine, Material, Method), etc.
- Support customers’ activities, quality meetings, chemical substance meetings, and new part meetings.
- Review and respond to customers’ claim information and supplier claim report, and document control.
- Coordinate and consult customers about part specifications and technical.
- Support and action when non-conforming occurs, such as sorting, returning parts, replacement parts, etc.
- Support all kinds of audits that concern quality issues, ex, customer audit, Company self-audit, Company business audit, etc.
- Support all kinds of Company activities.
- Others as assigned by the superior
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer
- At least 8 years as Quality Assurance.
- At least 4 years of Management experience
- Have experience in Automotive.
- Ability to negotiate with customers about quality issues, etc.
- Conversational high in English, all speaking, reading, and writing (To communicate with Japanese Report line and client)
- Microsoft Office (word/excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Office 365, etc.)
