Assistant Manager of Architecture (50K-70K) (SDG-82428) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกสถาปนิก <Job Responsibilities> - Assist the Manager / GM in daily supervising of architected. - Review the presentation and preliminary drawings & co-ordinate for turnkey projects. - Review finishing materials sample for the client’s approval. - Review the Application drawing and the construction drawings. - Attend to the consultant and clients, attend to outsourcing designer and attend to site meetings. - Monitor work program and submission schedule. - Design works and assignments from supervisor. <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 38-41 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture - Holder of Professional Architect License (Level 2) - 5 years up experiences in Architect/Interior Design. (General contractor or subcontractor) - Good command of computer programs AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, REVIT, MS office - Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to work hard. - Good English communication (documentation, meeting both internal and with client) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working with Japanese firm will be advantage. ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกสถาปนิก (50K-70K) (SDG-82428) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ช่วยผู้จัดการ / GM ในการกำกับดูแลรายวันของสถาปนิก - ทบทวนการนำเสนอและแบบร่างเบื้องต้น & ประสานงานสำหรับโครงการแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ - ตรวจสอบตัวอย่างวัสดุตกแต่งเพื่อขออนุมัติจากลูกค้า - ตรวจสอบแบบ Application และแบบก่อสร้าง - เข้าพบที่ปรึกษาและลูกค้า เข้าร่วมจ้างนักออกแบบ และเข้าร่วมการประชุมไซต์ - ตรวจสอบแผนงานและกำหนดการส่งงาน - ออกแบบงานและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 38-41 ปี - ปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ - ผู้ถือใบอนุญาตสถาปนิกวิชาชีพ (ระดับ 2) - มีประสบการณ์ด้านสถาปนิก/ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน 5 ปีขึ้นไป (ผู้รับเหมาทั่วไปหรือผู้รับเหมาช่วง) - สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, REVIT, MS office - มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี กระตือรือร้น และกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน - สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เอกสาร, ประชุมทั้งภายในและกับลูกค้า) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: MRT เพชรบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ: 8:15-17:30 น.
