Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage assigned customer accounts and develop new business opportunities to generate sales revenue. - Hunt for new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Arrange customer visits, present ocean freight services, and identify customer needs. - Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate rate/pricing support with related teams. - Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Ocean Customs Clearance, overseas branches, and other related teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Follow up on sales activities, customer requirements, and shipment opportunities. - Monitor customer satisfaction and provide professional support to customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in Ocean or Sea Freight Sales, with experience in hunting new customers or developing new business opportunities - Conversational high in English to communicate with customers - Own car and ability to drive to visit customers when required <Details> - Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills; Service-minded, responsible, result-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
