Assistant Manager (Maintenance After-Sales Service) (40K–60K) (SDG-84338) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ (ฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย) <Job Responsibilities> - Plan, control, follow up, maintenance of machinery - Summarize reports and solve machine maintenance problems within the team. - Contact and coordinate with customers to answer customer questions about machine repair problems. - Visit customers to operate maintenance operation - Decrease future cost to increase sales related to machinery maintenance - Maintenance team management service to increase work skills - Coordinate and help other departments within the company to achieve the goals of the company together. - Coordiate with oversea - Other things as assigned by the supervisor. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 37 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering field - At least 5 years in After-Sales service Engineer (Machinery/ Machine) - Subordinates management experience - Holding driving license, able to travel to work in other provinces and stay overnight in other provinces (own drive, company car support) - Able to read and write mechanical and electrical drawings well - Good English command - Have a positive attitude to work as a team - Able to use computer very well, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Japanese language skills Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: U-Thai, Ayuthaya Working Hour: 8:30-17:15(Mon-Fri /Sat: Twice a month(Depends on company calendar)) About the Benefits 40,000–60,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automation Machine (Make to order) Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants;

ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ (ฝ่ายบริการหลังการขาย) (40K–60K) (SDG-84338) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - วางแผน ควบคุม ติดตาม บำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร - สรุปรายงานและแก้ไขปัญหาการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรภายในทีม - ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการซ่อมเครื่อง - ออกเยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุง - ลดต้นทุนในอนาคตเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร - บริการบริหารจัดการทีมซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการทำงาน - ประสานงานและช่วยเหลือแผนกอื่นๆ ภายในบริษัท ให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัทร่วมกัน - ติดต่อประสานงานกับต่างประเทศ - อื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 37 - 45 ปี - วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า - อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในสายงานวิศวกรบริการหลังการขาย (Machinery/ Machine) - ประสบการณ์การบริหารลูกน้อง - มีใบขับขี่, สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดและค้างคืนต่างจังหวัดได้ (ขับเอง มีรถยนต์ของบริษัทให้) - สามารถอ่านและเขียนแบบเครื่องกลและไฟฟ้าได้ดี - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี - มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานเป็นทีม - สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี Word, Excel, Powerpoint, อินเทอร์เน็ต <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ > - ทักษะภาษาญี่ปุ่น ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: อ.อุทัย จ.อยุธยา เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:15 น.
