Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (30K-40K) (SDG-39593) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of restaurant Support Japanese Manager to run service operation smoothly Being as translator/interpreter between Japanese customer / Japanese Manager and Thai staff Assist on initiate new policy/rule in accordance with Japanese Manager wishes Ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly Helping manage staff performance such as time attendance / calculate OT Direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience Activate employees to perform a variety of tasks from kitchen to service Responding to customer complaints and comments Support in every duties such as getting orders, serving, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-35 years old Bachelor's degree in any fields Having 2-3 years experiences in service industry especially Japanese restaurant Able to work in shift and flexible to work on holiday Energetic kind of person, Mature and responsible Good command of English Good command of Japanese <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 10:00-23:00 (Depend on working schedule (6 days/week)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB About the company Products: Japanese food Business Type: Restaurant / Hotel;
