Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Control and manage sales plans according to sales strategy (excluding matters related to new applications/new loan disbursements for new customers). - Plan and manage budget utilization for center administration. - Control and manage personnel plans for each center according to personnel plans. - Set criteria and control/manage incentives for centers. - Control and manage fund administration for own department and centers. - Control and manage sales-related operations. - Control and manage operational risk. - Design operational procedures according to strategy/define requirements. - Control and manage tasks related to recruitment/credit approval/contract creation. - Control and manage tasks related to loan disbursement/repayment. - Control and manage tasks related to customer inbound calls. - Control and manage tasks related to outbound calls to customers. - Control and manage tasks related to overdue collection follow-ups. - Control and manage tasks related to debt collection (normal/delinquent/bad debts) with delays and insufficient payments. - Control and manage tasks related to hiring external parties for debt tracking. - Control and manage tasks related to filing lawsuits and legal enforcement for debt collection purposes. - Handle selling of debts for bad debt disposal. - Control and manage tasks of the credit information unit. - Control and manage job training and plan/push for center-related training according to strategy. - Control and manage planning and pushing initiatives to elevate customer service standards of centers. - Control and manage meeting organization and administration. - Control and manage the establishment and readiness of center compliance systems. - Support centers overall. - Train, guide, and evaluate employees within the group. - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years in Corporate Planning, HR Business Partner, Project Management or business process improvement. - Business Level in Japanese communication (N2 level or above, or N1 level), to communicate with Japanese Internal <In details> - Ability to control and support sales administration. - Ability to promote work efficiency improvement to increase center performance, enhance customer service quality, and reduce costs. - Ability to train employees to increase knowledge and skills. - Ability to improve communication within the sales unit. - Ability to handle and track problems identified in meetings. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Work experience in the financial or personal loan business. - Having skills or experience in Project Management or business process improvement.
