Work outline: Working as project management assistant manager to overall coordinate in call center’s project

                                                                                                                             

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Develop an excellent working relationship with our clients, providing customer-focused and responsive support to their business needs.

Ø  Act as a point of contact for project related activities and managing several concurrent projects.

Ø  Create and manage a formal project plan including : Statement of Work, project timeline,  communication plan, change management plan

Ø  Manage the execution of all components of approved project plan, including ongoing risk assessment, coordination and management of all project deliverable

Ø  Regular communication of project progress in regards to project scope, schedule, documentation and approval of any changes to scope, timeline or cost via the change management process. Development and execution of a Test Plan.

Ø  Prepare comprehensive documentation for the project, such as Scope of Works, Design Documents, Data Dictionary, Process Flowcharts, Test Documentation and User Manuals

Ø  Develop people under supervision. Ensure that knowledge is transferred and improve overall team performance

Ø  Be able to delegate while ensuring expected result

Ø  Multi-tasking and work well under pressure

Ø  Doing the work breakdowns (WBS) and assigning to project stakeholders

Ø  Gathering estimation / sizing figures according to WBS from all project stakeholders

Ø  Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 28-38 years old

Ø  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineer/ Science/ Information Technology or related field

Ø  At least 3 years’ experience in project management. Background in IT deployment or software development will be an advantage

Ø  Experience Project Management Office (PMO)

Ø  Mature, pleasant, well-organized and self-motivated

Ø  High commitment with sense of urgency to meet the timeline

Ø  Can do attitude with positive thinking

Ø  Computer literacy (MS Office, Project Management Application Tools, workflow and diagram drawing)

Ø  Good communication in Thai and English

Ø  Good interpersonal and good team player

 

Preferable:

Ø  Background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be an advantage

Ø  Background in Call Center business will be an advantage

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: None

 

Workplace Area: BTS Phayathai

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
