Assistant Key Account Manager (35K-60K) (JO-180404-151126)
Work outline: Assist the brand manager and the marketing manager and analyses sales report.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Initiate, plan and execute retails programs, salon service across the marketing activities.
Follow the strategic planning to improve key account salon sales and meeting with the top clients.
Responsible for weekly, monthly sales report as well as KPI report for distributors/clients.
Monitor marketing expense by main clients and other contract customers.
Coordinate daily customer service operations and evaluate their needs and handle complaints from customers.
Corporate with both internal and external to keep business running smoothly and manage more than one client account.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Male/female, Age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, Sales or related field.
2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, management, key account management or any related field.
Superior Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Table Formatting and Creating Charts and able to evaluate and analyses the number in terms marketing field.
Leadership, organizational abilities and good team player
Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and be able to handle customer’s complain
Problem-solving attitude
Able to stay focused during busy times and multitask skills.
Preferable:
Experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 35,000 – 60,000 THB including all allowance
