Assistant IT & ISM Manager (40K-60K) (SDG-27001) <Job Responsibilities> Monitor the operation and security of all infrastructure and business system Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware and software Ensure that all system runs with high availability and recovery the problem follow SLA (Service Level Agreement is a contract between a service provider and users on furnishing and defining the service standards) Prepare a monthly report regarding the systems and related issues Maintain all users access request and authorizations followed ISM and IT policy To coordinate with all outside agents in all computer technology related matters Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support Administration of Microsoft Windows server, VMW, CISCO network, ERP system, Firewall and Backup, Cloud technology, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old Bachelor degree or Master’s degree in Computer sciences, IT, MIS, ISM or related field 5 years experienced IT field which is Software and Database administration, Information Security (ISO27000), Service Management (ISO20000, ITIL) English : Conversational Middle <Preferable Skill / Experience> Knowledge of ITIL V3, V4, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP is advantage Team management experience Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BRT Wat Darn until August 2019 the relocate to BTS Punnawithi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Factory Automation Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment; Machinery / Equipment / Plants; Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
