Assistant HR Manager @ Chonburi (45K-65K) (SDG-24056) <Job Responsibilities> Recruitment and Selection Assist with end to end recruitment process Compensation and Benefits programs Prepare monthly payroll reports Participate in regular market salary and benefits survey Training and Development Arrange and coordinate the delivery of training programs Performance Management Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercises Assist with liaison with external government agencies and UNION Assist with internal employee communication Staff Welfare Assist the arrangement of the activities relating to staff welfare, general well-being and wellness of employees Other HR duties Follow through on HR audits as and when required Assist with expatriate management Workplace Area: Amatanakorn, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–65,000THB About the company Products: Turbocharger products Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-39 years old Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resource management or any other relevant field 6-10 years of experience in HR Generalist role with at least 2 years are in a supervisory role Experience liaising with UNION and working in industrial/engineering will be advantageous Possess strong command of English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved that will speak and read in English Good knowledge of HR best practices, policies and manpower legislation Experience working with Japanese companies will be a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizing skill. <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
