Job Description

Assistant HR Manager @ Chonburi (45K-65K) (SDG-24056)
<Job Responsibilities>
Recruitment and Selection
	Assist with end to end recruitment process

Compensation and Benefits programs 
	Prepare monthly payroll reports
	Participate in regular market salary and benefits survey 

Training and Development
	Arrange and coordinate the delivery of training programs 

 Performance Management
	Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercises 
	Assist with liaison with external government agencies and UNION 
	Assist with internal employee communication

Staff Welfare
	Assist the arrangement of the activities relating to staff welfare, general well-being and wellness of employees

Other HR duties
	Follow through on HR audits as and when required
	Assist with expatriate management


Workplace Area: Amatanakorn, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-39 years old
	Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resource management or any other relevant field
	6-10 years of experience in HR Generalist role with at least 2 years are in a supervisory role
	Experience liaising with UNION and working in industrial/engineering will be advantageous
	Possess strong command of English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved that will speak and read in English
	Good knowledge of HR best practices, policies and manpower legislation 
	Experience working with Japanese companies will be a plus.
	Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizing skill.
