Work outline: Lead HR team by managing mainly operation role and contribute to company business expansion, employees engagement and HR functional stability

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Organization : Maintain, update organizational structure based on the business direction

Plan and update succession planning

Ø  Resource Management : Manage effective recruiting activities based on the business needs

-Realize the effective resource allocation within/between teams

-Measure performance of probation staffs if they meet required expectation

-Analyze resignation and take actions for retaining existing talents

-Visualize HR condition/trend with well-organized HR related documents and data

Ø  Performance management : Encourage effective performance management with proper KPI setting

-Convincing and proper evaluation operation cooperating with line managers

Ø  Company policy and operation : Manage/update company policy up-to-date and legally compliant

Ø  Compensation and benefit : Manage salary scheme and take operational improvement actions

-Manage Incentive (Bonus, etc.) scheme take operational improvement actions

-Manage Benefit scheme and take operational improvement actions

Ø  Talent development :Encourage and improve OJT(on the job training) cooperating with line managers

-Plan and organize training programs

-Manage/update career path to motivate employees to keep working in the company

Ø  Employee engagement status and loyalty by regular basis investigation

-Have direct communication with each staff frequently to understand employees’ condition and catch issues like resignation, conflicts and escalate properly

Ø  Leading and improving HR/Admin function

-Lead HR Admin dept. operational function and allocate job and responsibility properly

-Take improving action to realize operational stability

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Female, age 30-50  years

Ø  Bachelor degree in any related field

Ø  Having more than 5 years’ experience in HR field (HR Management)

Ø  Experience of managing several subordinate more than 2 years

Ø  Deep knowledge in HR related field such as labor law/ regulations, HR trends, etc.

Ø  High responsibility to execute planned actions

Ø  Strong in communication skill and coordination skill

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced Conversational level

Japanese: None  

 

Workplace Area: BTS Mo Chit

Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday) Flexible time
