Assistant for Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing (25K–35K) (SDG-92236) ผู้ช่วยฝ่ายซัพพลายเชนและการขายการตลาด <Job Overview> • Be responsible for assisting in administrative and back-office operation to support staff in Sales Dep in Thailand and in Supply Chain Dep in Singapore <Job Responsibilities> 1. Supports for Supply Chain Department - Be a primary contact point for external parties in Thailand such as forwarders, the contract manufacturer or partner company - Communicate with staff in Supply Chain Dep. and Japanese Headquarter about the schedule or request - Respond to the related parties according to the conduct from Supply Chain Dep. - Issue and send the purchase order to the relevant parties. - Manage filing of soft copy of shipping documents. - Support to review the shipping documents with related teams such as QA and the regional headquarter. - Support to issue the payment invoice in a timely manner 2.Supports for Sales & Marketing Activities - Be a primary contact point for sales staff and external parties in Thailand such as partner company or customer - Communicate with sales staff about the progress or inquiries - Follow up orders from customers by checking the IT system by the distribution partners - Proceed orders process in the IT system by the distribution partners according to requests from customers - Monitor and collect the information in terms of tender and provide it to the in-field team - Proceed with tender, borrowing goods, or clearing returned products - Prepare required documents by customers - Collect and manage all the contracts and agreements from sales staff - Arrange logistical needs for promotion or other event 3.Administrative Supports - Collect all supporting documents required for payments to external service providers, healthcare professionals, or scientific associations according to the company policy - Assist internal process for opening new service vendors or agencies according to the company policy. - Remind and help the Sales team to prepare documents and submit reimburse request for expenses - Check and summarize the reporting from sales staff and submit to sales manager - Remind sales staff of the deadline for each necessary process (Reimbursement or Reporting etc.) - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Any Bachelor's degree ・At least 3 years experience in any document tasks in any industry ・Conversational high level of English ・Person who can manage the schedule and detail-oriented ・Person who is supportive for the team members <Preferable Skills / Experiences> ・Experience in dealing with a large amount of documentation tasks ・Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table etc.) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Sat: none)) About the Benefits 25,000–35,000THB About the company Product & Service: Psychiatric products Business Type: Pharmaceuticals
