Assistant for Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing (25K–32K) (SDG-114744) <Job responsibilities> 1. Supports for Supply Chain Department • Serve as a primary contact point at the head office for the supply-related external parties including but not limited to the forwarders and the contract manufacturer, with the cooperation of the related teams such as QA and the regional headquarters. • Issue and send the purchase order to the relevant parties. • Assist to manage filing of soft copy of shipping documents. • Support to review the shipping documents, with the cooperation of related teams such as QA and the regional headquarters. • Assist to issue the payment invoice in a timely manner to the affiliate on exportation of the products. • Issue the payment invoice to the distribution partners on domestic sales of the products and take care of accounting matters relating to such transaction. • Handle accounting processes on payments for service fees to the forwarders relating to supply of the products on time. 2. Supports for Sales & Marketing Activities a) General Supports • Serve as a primary contact point at the head office for the in-field team, the distribution partners and customers. • Interact with the in-field team on a regular basis and assist the team in day-to-day operation. b) Administrative Supports • Collect all supporting documents required for payments to external service providers, healthcare professionals, or scientific associations according to the company policy and have such payments made on time. • Assist internal process for opening new service vendors or agencies according to the company policy. • Remind and help the in-field team to prepare documents and submit reimburse request for expenses paid on behalf of the company on time. • Remind and help the in-field team to submit reporting of activities, check if it is complete according to the guidance, and summarize and analyze the information included in it for Managers. 3. Administrative Supports • Serve as a primary contact point for the regional headquarters regarding IT account setting for the employees and other related matters and support the employees to follow the guidance from the regional headquarters. • Carry out other administrative tasks regarding the IT related matters assigned by Superior on a as needed basis. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old - Bachelor's degree in any field ・At least 3 years experience of supply chain management (import and export) in any industry ・Conversational high level of English ・Person who can manage the schedule and detail-oriented ・Person who is supportive for the team members <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in dealing with a large amount of documentation tasks ・Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table etc.) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits 25,000–32,000THB About the company Product & Service: Antipsychotic product and Antibiotic product Business Type: Pharmaceuticals;
