Assistant Financial Planning, Reporting, and Analysis Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-37273)
<Job Responsibilities>
Provide monthly Financial Scorecard to Management including gap vs goal
Responsible for financial planning for long-term business plan (P&L, B/S and Cash flow)
Work closely with sale/marketing, commercial finance and supply chain finance on rolling estimate (RE) and business plan (BP)
Ensure accurate assumptions and alignment on the final forecast by SKUs and total company including actual tracking and variance analysis (RE roll forward, Actual waterfall (YTD/YTG), O&R including gap closing plan)
Work with budget owners on SG &A budgeting and tracking
Responsible for system data integrity
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Finance, Accounting is required
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning and reporting field
Experience in Budgeting planning, forecasting, and report analysis are required
Proficient skill in Excel is a must
Good English communication
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Cosmetics or FMCG industry is a plus
Experience as FP&A will be advantage
