Work Outline: Responsible for assuring the smooth operation of the 400+ people facility (3 factories in Samutprakarn)


Duties & Responsibility:


Control all day to day operations

Supervise a staff, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, Production Control and Purchasing

Responsible for the facilities On Time Delivery and Quality metrics 

Organize teams and motivate the staff

Constantly find ways to increase productivity by better work methods and process automation

Develop a thorough understanding of custom box & printing manufacturing methods to better suggest improvements


Qualifications:

[Must]


Fluent in English(excellent verbal and written communication skills)

Bachelor’s degree in any related fields

10+ years of progressive Management Experience 

Experience in the packaging & printing industry is not required but would be preferred

Background with ISO preferred

Willingness to work hard and not leave until the job is done

Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel are required

Strong analytical and time management skills

Good interpersonal skills


Languages skills 

English: Advanced Conversation 


Workplace Area: Samutprakarn

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) *work on Saturday 2 times/month
