Assistant Engineer / Assistant Project Manager (34K-50K) (SDG-58323) ผู้ช่วยวิศวกร / ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการโครงการ <Job Responsibilities> This position is expected to do project management during building construction by utilizing knowledge as an advanced site architect or civil engineer. - Check design and construction progress with our local partner (real estate developer) - Check design drawings as part of quality control. E.g., no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation and so on. - Supervise construction site and check the building quality - Propose better designs in order to improve building quality. - Assess and analyze construction costs submitted by contractor - Interpret (Thai <-> Eng.) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings - Translate documents (Thai <-> Eng.) - And more on request - There will more non-routine tasks and the candidate is expected to be flexible and self-driven for the smooth operation of the project <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 27-35 years old - Bachelor’s degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering - Engineer Profession Classification - "Associate" or "Professional" Architecture or Civil engineering - More than 5 years of working experience as a site architect or civil engineer or site engineer - Good command of English, strong communication skills - PC skills - Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS Power Point/AutoCAD (much better to be able to use Illustrator/Photoshop) - Personality: Cooperative with team members, Strong sense of responsibility, Supportive and flexible,Act according to circumstance Open to learn the new knowledge and skills, Interested in various tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:40(Monday to Friday(Sat:none)) About the Benefits Salary: 34,000–50,000THB About the company Products: the Residential Development Business, Leasing Business, Investment Management Business, Property Brokerage & CRE Business, Property & Facility Management Business, and Other Business Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage)
