Job Description
<Job responsibilities> - Assist and support the Japanese manager in sales activities and internal communication with Thai staff. - Act as an interpreter (Japanese–Thai–English) during internal and external meetings. - Prepare meeting materials and gather relevant information prior to meetings. - Accompany the manager to client visits and provide interpretation support. - Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Other teams) to ensure seamless workflow. - Support the preparation of quotations, reports, proposals, and other business documents. - Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses or coordinate with the appropriate teams. - Follow up on project progress and prepare updates or reports for Japanese management. - Provide administrative assistance, including schedule management, appointments, and travel arrangements for Japanese executives. - Translate documents, emails, and business correspondence (Thai ↔ Japanese ↔ English). - Monitor documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Assist in managing confidential documents and contracts. - Participate in sales or marketing strategy planning and provide basic analysis of market or customer data. - Provide guidance to Thai staff and support smooth communication with Japanese executives. - Act as a liaison between departments such as Sales, Accounting, and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Provide progress updates and sales performance reports to Japanese management. Ensure that all tasks and projects are progressing according to plan. - Offer guidance and support to Thai staff and help resolve team-related issues. Facilitate effective communication between Thai staff and Japanese management - Ensure business documents and contracts are accurate and comply with internal standards and policies. - Support translation of important business documents, emails, and communications between languages as needed. - Manage the schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and client meetings for Japanese executives. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Languages, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience as a secretary, coordinator, Sales Assistant or related role - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Business level in Japanese to communicate with internal and external (Conversation, emails, documents, translation) JLPT N2 or above - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external (Conversation, emails, documents, translation) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (V-lookup/ Pivot), PowerPoint). <Details> - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. - Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
