Assistant Customer Service Manager @Suvarnabhumi Airport (60K-70K) (SDG-24316) <Job Responsibilities> Plans, organizes, directs, and controls operations and support services Drafts, recommends and establishes policies and procedures Hires, assigns and evaluates staff; conducts staff meetings and provide training Support to prepare budget and authorizes expenditures; conducts cost analysis and recommends lease or purchase of equipment Confers with vendors, manufactures and technical representatives Acts as a liaison with other department to coordinate projects and resolves problems Prepares monthly activity and performance reports to be reported to Manager Maintain a good relationship with oversea agents Manage with customs agents for customs clearance Manage with customers on shipment status Workplace Area: ARL Suvarnabhumi, Samutprakan Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–70,000THB About the company Products: International Freight Forwarding Services, International and Local Transportation Services, Packing Services, Household Moving and Personal Effect, Logistics Outsourcing Business Type: Distribution / Transportation / Warehousing
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in Air Import customer service in Logistics industry 3-5 years in supervisory level Knowledge of import and freight forwarding terminology and procedures Good English skill in wring, reading and conversation <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None
