Job Description

Assistant Customer Service Manager @Suvarnabhumi Airport (60K-70K) (SDG-24316)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Plans, organizes, directs, and controls operations and support services
	Drafts, recommends and establishes policies and procedures
	Hires, assigns and evaluates staff; conducts staff meetings and provide training 
	Support to prepare budget and authorizes expenditures; conducts cost analysis and recommends lease or purchase of equipment
	Confers with vendors, manufactures and technical representatives
	Acts as a liaison with other department to coordinate projects and resolves problems
	Prepares monthly activity and performance reports to be reported to Manager
	Maintain a good relationship with oversea agents
	Manage with customs agents for customs clearance
	Manage with customers on shipment status


Workplace Area:  ARL Suvarnabhumi, Samutprakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
	Bachelor’s degree
	Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in Air Import customer service in Logistics industry
	3-5 years in supervisory level
	Knowledge of import and freight forwarding terminology and procedures
	Good English skill in wring, reading and conversation
