<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist BIM department manager in providing and developing a strategic plan
- Responsible for external and internal coordinating or any assigned work by BIM department manager in relation to delivery of BIM services
- Responsible for leading BIM project team by planning and managing resources, implementing BIM workflow, creating and controlling quality standards and evaluating project outcomes.
- Provide end-user training and technical support to the team
- Attend conferences, seminars and workshop for BIM, bringing back best practices for the team
- Oversee the use of BIM software and plug-in firm-wide to support BIM tasks and solve BIM user issues
- Participate with BIM user community and ensure regular communication with the business development team in terms of BIM
- Coordinate with the business development team in terms of BIM technical support and information for branding and marketing

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering or Architecture
- 5 years of BIM experience in construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Good command in verbal and written in English (for communication/meeting with clients-60-70% foreigners)
- Have people management skill, team working skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong experiences in manufacturing construction project

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, Saturday working depends on project

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนก BIM ในการจัดหาและพัฒนาแผนกลยุทธ์
- รับผิดชอบการประสานงานภายนอกและภายในหรืองานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการแผนก BIM ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งมอบบริการ BIM
- รับผิดชอบในทีมโครงการ BIM ชั้นนำโดยการวางแผนและจัดการทรัพยากร นำเวิร์กโฟลว์ BIM ไปใช้ สร้างและควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพ และประเมินผลลัพธ์ของโครงการ
- ให้การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้ปลายทางและการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ทีม
- เข้าร่วมการประชุม สัมมนา และเวิร์คช็อปสำหรับ BIM นำแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับทีมกลับมา
- ดูแลการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ BIM และปลั๊กอินทั่วทั้งบริษัทเพื่อรองรับงาน BIM และแก้ปัญหาผู้ใช้ BIM
- มีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชนผู้ใช้ BIM และให้แน่ใจว่ามีการสื่อสารอย่างสม่ำเสมอกับทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจในแง่ของ BIM
- ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาธุรกิจในด้านการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค BIM และข้อมูลสำหรับการสร้างแบรนด์และการตลาด

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ BIM 5 ปี ในโครงการก่อสร้าง
- ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Autodesk Revit
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สำหรับการสื่อสาร/พบปะลูกค้า-ชาวต่างชาติ 60-70%)
- มีทักษะการบริหารคน ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม
