Assistant Air Export Manager (40K–46K) (SDG-63621) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งออกทางอากาศ <Job Responsibilities> - Communicate with internal team members and all external shipping vendors and freight companies. - Gather necessary information to prepare quote and provide rates and transit options to customers and/or agents - Negotiate airline rate with the airline or agents. - Liaison between parties to provide status updates. - Ensure team follows appropriate work instructions - Research, plan, create training for, and assist in the implementation of all Air projects - Responding to complaints, demonstrate effort to seek help from upper management when needed; respond to customer emails request for shipment status or if any extra charges during transportation provide proof of delivery. - Use approved external providers as necessary to arrange transportation of goods. Quickly resolve any miscommunication and disputes to ensure safe on time deliveries. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - At least 8 years of experiences in "Air Export" - Able to communicate in English (speaking & writing) - Good communicate with internal and external customers - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service - Knowledge of ULD building - Able to work in every other Saturday <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience using CargoWise software Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri and every other Sat (9:00 - 12:00)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–46,000THB About the company Product & Service: Our major export commodities include automotive parts, machinery, and electronics parts. ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายส่งออกทางอากาศ (40K–46K) (SDG-63621) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - สื่อสารกับสมาชิกในทีมภายในและผู้ขายสินค้าภายนอกและบริษัทขนส่งสินค้าทั้งหมด - รวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นเพื่อจัดทำใบเสนอราคาและให้อัตราและตัวเลือกการขนส่งแก่ลูกค้าและ/หรือตัวแทน - ต่อรองราคาสายการบินกับสายการบินหรือตัวแทน - ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่ออัพเดทสถานะ - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทีมงานปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำในการทำงานที่เหมาะสม - วิจัย วางแผน สร้างการฝึกอบรม และช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินโครงการทางอากาศทั้งหมด - ตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียน แสดงความพยายามที่จะขอความช่วยเหลือจากผู้บริหารระดับสูงเมื่อจำเป็น ตอบกลับอีเมลคำขอสถานะการจัดส่งของลูกค้า หรือหากมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมระหว่างการขนส่ง ให้แสดงหลักฐานการจัดส่ง - ใช้ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่ได้รับอนุมัติตามความจำเป็นเพื่อจัดเตรียมการขนส่งสินค้า แก้ไขการสื่อสารที่ผิดพลาดและข้อพิพาทอย่างรวดเร็วเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบตรงเวลาอย่างปลอดภัย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 35 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีใน "Air Export" - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (พูดและเขียน) - สื่อสารกับลูกค้าภายในและภายนอกได้ดี - ต้องสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและตรงต่อเวลาได้ ในขณะเดียวกันก็รักษาทัศนคติที่ดีและให้บริการลูกค้าที่เป็นแบบอย่างได้ - ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาคาร ULD -สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์ได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CargoWise ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS เพลินจิต กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำการ : 8:30-17:30 น.
