Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Full set of handling and general administration. - Coordination and communication with the accounting department. - Liaise with external service providers regarding visa and work permit matters. Also, 90-day reporting processes. - Handle Social Security Fund (SSF) registration, monthly contributions, and related submissions. - Manage office administration activities and provide support to management and employees. - Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission - Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, including timekeeping, leave records, and attendance reporting. - Oversee office supplies inventory, including procurement, stock monitoring, and replenishment to ensure adequate availability. - Set up workflow, KPI, and company organization with the Japanese MD
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of experience in administrative support, HR, or general affairs roles with basic knowledge of labour law. - Conversational high or business level in Japanese (N2 or above) to communicate with internal, emails, and documents. - Conversation middle in English for email and documents. <Details> - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills with effective communication across all levels; flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Immediate availability is preferred. - Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is an advantage. - Experience in the new setup company is an advantage.
