<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare invoices, delivery notes, billing statements, and receipts for various types of product sales accurately and completely, and promptly report any irregularities to supervisors. - Prepare account reconciliations and aging analysis reports for outstanding receivables. - Supervise and manage the team. - Other assigned task by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and disbursement processes from any industry. - At least 2 years of experience managing direct subordinates. - English conversation middle level (Documents and e-mail) - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis). <Indetails> - Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in accounting tasks. - Responsible, diligent, patient, and quick to learn new tasks. <Preferable> - CPD Holder - A business with multiple branches
