<Job responsibilities>
- Direct interface between the country business team and share Service team to Ensure efficient and effective accounting processes.
- Manage P&L statement and Balance Sheet and Ensure financial reporting is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with group accounting standards, and statutory and tax requirements.
- Being a key contact point for Finance operations partners and auditors.
- Ensures that global Finance processes with effective internal controls are implemented in the unit with a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- สื่อสารโดยตรงระหว่างทีมธุรกิจในประเทศและแบ่งปันทีมบริการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทางบัญชีมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- จัดการงบ P&L และงบดุล และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินในเวลาที่เหมาะสมตามมาตรฐานการบัญชีของกลุ่ม และข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายและภาษี
- ติดต่อกับพันธมิตรด้านปฏิบัติการทางการเงินและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการใช้กระบวนการทางการเงินระดับโลกที่มีการควบคุมภายในที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional accountancy qualification and Master's Degree is an advantage
- 8 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance
- At least 4 years experience in AP /AR
- Strong accounting standard
- Technical experience:
- Month-end closing including reviewing P&L and Balance Sheet and Corporate Income Tax Calculation.
- Company reporting package
- Strong understanding in accounting standards.
- Dealing with the auditor or revenue department to issue a financial statement
- SAP knowledge
- Good at English Communication (be able to explain the working process and discuss Any issue that may occur, contact with regional team)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in the manufacturing industry and Multinational Companies with revenue sizes around 4-500 members per year, experience in dealing with joint venture companies is a plus.

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน AP /AR อย่างน้อย 4 ปี
- มาตรฐานการบัญชีที่ดี
- ประสบการณ์ทางเทคนิค:
- ปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน รวมถึงตรวจสอบ P&L และงบดุล และการคำนวณภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
- แพ็คเกจรายงานบริษัท
- มีความเข้าใจมาตรฐานการบัญชีเป็นอย่างดี
- ติดต่อกับผู้สอบบัญชีหรือฝ่ายสรรพากรในการออกงบการเงิน
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SAP
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สามารถอธิบายขั้นตอนการทำงานและหารือเกี่ยวกับปัญหาใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ติดต่อกับทีมงานระดับภูมิภาค)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตและบริษัทข้ามชาติที่มีรายได้ประมาณ 4-500 รายต่อปี หากมีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับบริษัทร่วมทุนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
