<Job Responsibilities> - Driving market expansion, building customer relationships - Check and control the managing and supervising operations team to achieve the company's objective. - Control and monitor all related administration responsibilities. - Provide advice and consultancy to staff on matters relating. - Check and Control of plan and support the development of subordinates' skills and capabilities so that they can fulfill current or future responsibilities more effectively. - Check and control of providing general administrative duties and all other special assignments requested by the related section. - Other tasks assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of Sales in Architectural, Curtain Wall or Windows and Doors or steel and Construction - At least 2 years of management experience with subordinates - Experience in building materials or architectural products - Conversation high level in English for communication with customers and the Japanese manager - Have own car and driving license, willing to conduct site visit <Details> - Time Management, Life-Long Learning, - Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Collaboration, Communication - Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Decision-making, Creativity <Preferable> - Can start working immediately - TOEIC score 700 up is preferred
