Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Form a team of 2‒3 members alongside the Director and participate in the management of portfolio companies - Take responsibility for formulating and executing business plans (including business strategies, action plans to improve the company value, and exit strategies) to maximize investment performance - Submit business plans and provide reporting to the Investment Committee and other relevant bodies - Establish and strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks - Establish and improve financial and operational systems (e.g., verifying the status of balance sheets and income statements) - Verify the establishment and operation of the board of directors and management structure - Execute exits in collaboration with the team at the Japanese headquarters - Identifying new investment opportunities (sourcing) by leveraging networks and other resources gained through asset management operations. - Go on overseas business trip around Southeastern Asia and Eastern Asia nations. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5-year practical experience at a consulting firm (PMI/business process improvement), M&A or investment division of a corporate entity, investment or business management division of a trading company, or an investment bank - Experience or understanding of M&A, PMI, and investment-related operations, and a strong interest in business improvement and portfolio management - Conversational high level of English (For external communication) - Candidates capable of handling practical tasks in the areas of governance and operations (including detailed work) - Interested in both investment and business operations, and who are proactive in tackling practical, operations-oriented tasks Strong communication skills - Someone who approaches any task with a positive attitude - Someone who can take the initiative and get things done <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Fluent/Business level of Japanese, Chinese. - Foreign study experience in Japan
