Job Description
・Create a plan, control, and standardize of production assembly department. ・Control and manage assembly plan run smoothly and finish on time. ・Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products. ・Solve the problem that happen in production line. ・Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. ・Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. ・Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. ・Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. ・Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Engineering field ・Have working experience at least 3 years about Production Engineer in any manufacturing industry ・Have management experience at least 1 year that have subordinate ・Must have working experience about assembly ・Conversational low level of English ・Have knowledge about ISO 9001
