Job Description
- Plan production control for assigned assembly departments - Develop the subordinate skill to complete their daily work, and supervise the production team to manage and excuse production projects. - Maintain production operational product integrity, quality and delivery in all aspects. - Reports to Japanese Manager about monthly production summary and trouble - Create maintenance plans for machines, equipment, tools and control operations. - Maintain and improve the development of department and the related function within to achieve or exceed the target of quality, cost and delivery upon year. - Operate according to ISO14001 / IAFT - Other assigned tasks - วางแผนการควบคุมการผลิตสำหรับแผนกประกอบที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - พัฒนาทักษะผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อทำงานประจำวันให้สำเร็จ และดูแลทีมผู้ผลิตเพื่อจัดการและแก้ตัวโครงการผลิต - รักษาความสมบูรณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการผลิต คุณภาพ และการส่งมอบในทุกด้าน - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเกี่ยวกับสรุปการผลิตและปัญหาประจำเดือน - จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และการควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน - รักษาและปรับปรุงการพัฒนาแผนกและหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องภายในเพื่อให้บรรลุหรือเกินเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุน และการส่งมอบในแต่ละปี - ดำเนินการตามมาตรฐาน ISO14001 / IAFT - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 40-55 ปี • เพศใดก็ได้ • ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เครื่องกล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการควบคุมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี • สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง • มีความรู้ดีเกี่ยวกับ ISO 14001, IATF • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • หากมีประสบการณ์กับชิ้นส่วนภายนอก ชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นเรซินจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทระดับ TIER1 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะด้านภาษา • อังกฤษ : สนทนา • ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี • พื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมอมตะซิตี้ ชลบุรี • เวลาทำงาน: 8.30-17.30 น. (จันทร์-ศุกร์ วันเสาร์ ทำงาน: ขึ้นอยู่กับปฏิทิน เฉลี่ย 1-2 ครั้งต่อ 3 เดือน) Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 40-55 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical or related • At least 3 years’ experience in production control in automotive parts in the manufacturing industry • At least 3 years of management experience. • Conversation middle-level of English • Good knowledge in ISO 14001, IATF • Able to use Microsoft program is preferable • Experience with exterior parts, resin parts is preferable • Experience in TIER1 company is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: Depend on calendar, Average 1-2 times per 3 months)
