Duties & Responsibilities: • Continuously develop working performance of assembly section. • Evaluate the operating results of the organization and plan improvements. • Preparing report that related with production assembly ex. Kaizen, 5S, safety, ISO. • Set Manpower and training subordinate to achieve team goal. • Solve problems and coordinate with related departments. • Other tasks as assigned. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของส่วนประกอบอย่างต่อเนื่อง • ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรและแผนการปรับปรุง • จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบการผลิต เช่น ไคเซ็น 5ส ความปลอดภัย ISO • กำหนดกำลังคนและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของทีม • แก้ไขปัญหาและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
