Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination - Act as the main liaison between ASEAN-based manufacturers/suppliers and Japanese stakeholders (Thailand and Japan production bases). - Coordinate product specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards. - Follow up on production schedules, delivery timelines, and shipment status. - Support issue resolution related to quality, delivery delays, or compliance matters. - Facilitate communication to ensure alignment between suppliers and internal departments. - Other assigned tasks. 2. Supplier Sourcing & Development - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers within ASEAN countries. - Conduct initial screening based on quality, cost, capability, and compliance criteria. - Support price comparison, benchmarking, and supplier capability assessment. - Assist in onboarding new suppliers, including documentation and process alignment. - Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Other assigned tasks. 3. Supplier Audit & Compliance - Coordinate internal and external supplier audits (ISO-related or customer audits). - Prepare necessary documents and audit materials in advance. - Support on-site audit visits (domestic and overseas, if required). - Follow up on corrective action plans and improvement measures. - Ensure suppliers comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal quality standards. - Other assigned tasks. 4. Documentation & Translation - Translate supplier-related documents (contracts, audit reports, technical documents) between Japanese and English. - Prepare bilingual reports for internal stakeholders. - Maintain and update supplier management documentation and records. - Support preparation of presentation materials and internal reports related to supplier activities. - Other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Working experience as supplier management, procurement, quality management, import & export in manufacturing field. - Understand ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit processes - Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 up, for communication with Japanese HQ) - Conversational high level of English (For communication with overseas location) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese manufacturing company - Fluent level of Japanese and English
