<Job Responsibilities>
* This company is new set up company
- Maintain working operation of 2-4 restaurant branch
- Make sure all process is smooth and organize team’s member
- Control cost and small expense
- Taking care of staff, restaurant area and service
- Solve daily operational problems
- Report to JP manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28-42 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 year experiences as Store manager, Area manager, Shop Manager in restaurant
- Experience supervising members
- Good personality and service mind
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good communicate in Japanese (Business level -JLPT N2)
- No JLPT is acceptable
- Own car is preferred
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience directly in chained restaurant or restaurant related field.
Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: Rama 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: 10:00-22:00(**May have flexible working time when on-site 8hr. working)

- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการทั้งหมดราบรื่นและจัดระเบียบสมาชิกในทีม
- ควบคุมต้นทุนและค่าใช้จ่ายเล็กน้อย
- ดูแลพนักงาน พื้นที่ร้านอาหาร และบริการ
- แก้ปัญหาการดำเนินงานประจำวัน
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการ JP
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 28-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการร้าน ผู้จัดการพื้นที่ ผู้จัดการร้านในร้านอาหาร
- ประสบการณ์การกำกับดูแลสมาชิก
- บุคลิกดี มีใจรักบริการ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (ระดับธุรกิจ -JLPT N2)
- ไม่รับ JLPT
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านร้านอาหารหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับร้านอาหาร
