Architecture Manager (Construction Project) (40K–70K) (SDG-101037) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายสถาปัตยกรรม (โครงการก่อสร้าง) <Job responsibilities> - Coordinate and supervise architectural projects from concept to design and development according to customer needs. Including supervising the design team and drafting team and coordinating all involved parties. Using various programmes for design - Responsible for making architectural drawings to estimate prices and related works - Responsible for the preparation of architectural drawings for submission to the government. - Responsible for the preparation of architectural drawings to be used as construction drawings and clearing construction drawings - Follow Up and Coordinate with related agencies in the construction work until completion, and inspect and deliver the building to customers. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ประสานงานและควบคุมโครงการสถาปัตยกรรมตั้งแต่แนวคิดจนถึงการออกแบบและพัฒนาตามความต้องการของลูกค้า รวมทั้งควบคุมดูแลทีมงานออกแบบและทีมงานเขียนแบบและประสานงานทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง การใช้โปรแกรมต่างๆในการออกแบบ - รับผิดชอบเขียนแบบสถาปัตยกรรมเพื่อประเมินราคาและงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - รับผิดชอบจัดทำแบบสถาปัตยกรรมเพื่อเสนอต่อราชการ - รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำแบบสถาปัตยกรรมเพื่อใช้เป็นแบบก่อสร้างและเคลียร์แบบก่อสร้าง - ติดตามและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานก่อสร้างจนแล้วเสร็จ และตรวจสอบ และส่งมอบอาคารให้กับลูกค้า
Job Requirement
