Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Work with clients to identify objectives and formulate options
Ø Ability to integrate sustainable design approach into architectural design project
Ø Conceptualize total project and establish key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting
Ø Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translates them into workable construction systems
Ø Evaluate alternatives in order to develop solutions while maintaining technical quality and design control
Ø Prepare designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for projects
Ø Initiate and develop design and construction documents for projects
Ø Maintain records to document phases of project
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 27-35 years.
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 2-3 years of working experience in design work (building design / construction company)
Ø Able to go to Construction Site (depend on project)
Preferable:
Ø Could start working immediately
Ø Knowledge in Construction field
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
