Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for construction management of new stores (*There are 8 stores in Thailand and 5 to 10 new stores open yearly) - Maintenance/troubleshooting of existing stores. - Plan, review and revise interior design guidance based on Japanese HQ. - Project management of construction to complete as scheduled(manage quality, process etc.) - Manage tender - Order construction to developers - Coordinate with developers, government, designers, general contractors and subcontractors - Report to Japanese HQ - Troubleshoot ongoing problems - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of working experience as construction management in construction - Conversational middle level of English (For reading and writing level) - Conversational high level of Japanese (For communicate with Japanese expats and HQ) - Can go on a domestic business trip <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in construction management as management - Can use AutoCAD - Experience as architect, construction supervisor, electrical engineer and store interior design - Driving license - Network with event companies, printing companies, and social media agencies
