Architect manager (70K-150K) (SDG-23752) <Job Responsibilities> Propose client’s plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or client needs Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts Adjusting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction Take responsibility for each projects and manage team Travelling to building sites regularly and attend client meetings Workplace Area: BTS Saladang, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–150,000THB About the company Products: Constriction (Commercial, Office (Interior), Industry, Hospitality, Education/Research, Airport, Others) Business Type: Construction / Home Building

<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male, age 35-45 years old Bachelor’s degree 5-10 years’ experience as Architect (especially factory) Good command on English (Business level) Management experience Having architect license <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None
