Work Outline: Responsible for providing technical supports to clients and also performing other functions as assigned, such as project etc.
Duties & Responsibility:
Systems analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol)
User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customers, escalate to proper parties if necessary)
Create analysis document for the customer and management
Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age22-30
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering
Fresh graduate is also welcome
Good command in English and Japanese (JLPT N2-N1)
[Prefer]
Experience 1-8 years in service desk business fields, IT business field
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level
Workplace Area: Ploenjit/Bangkok
Working Hour:Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*(after05.00 is OT))
