Application Support Analyst (20K-60K) (SDG-36869)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Provide professional service to support our clients for application-related problems
 Analyst issues and able to provide suggestion to help our clients
 Co-ordinate with development team both Thai and other country to digest issues
 Testing application enhancements and co-ordination of user testing
 Coordinate and manage the implementation plan and user acceptance test
 Perform issues tracking and follow up
 Other tasks as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 22-35 years old
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field
 Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
 Able to communicate in English
 Good communication, coordination and organization
 Problem solving, analytical skill and ability to work within a team environment
 Good interpersonal skills and service mind

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Experience on application or client support
 Experience in stock trading, financial field
 Experience in basic technical knowledge in relational database
