เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการด้านแอปพลิเคชัน
<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare annual work plans for Responsible work and report the progress of operations to supervisors regularly.
- Analyse, Design, develop, improve, and Maintain the information system (Application) and database system (database) of the organization to have an efficient information system that can respond to use and bring data in reports quickly, up to date, and beneficial to management.
- Manage access rights to corporate web applications, including:
- Workflow system
- Meeting room booking system (Room Booking)
- Action Plan system
- Performance Indicator (KPI) system
- Inspection receipt system
- Electronic document system (e-Documents)
- Support work for users (IT support) and resolve software problems arising from the use of SAP system programs and various web applications.
- Organize training to develop employees' abilities in the use of information technology.
- Coordinate, Organize meetings, and write reports summarizing the results of department meetings or project meetings.
- Present ideas for creating IT strategic plans and Study and learn new technology information regarding the work that is Responsible for supervisors.
- Take care of solving problems in the use of information systems and analyse problems that arise and find ways to solve them correctly and quickly for users.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำแผนงานประจำปีสำหรับงานที่รับผิดชอบและรายงานความคืบหน้าในการปฏิบัติงานให้หัวหน้าทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนา ปรับปรุง และบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศ (Application) และระบบฐานข้อมูล (database) ขององค์กรให้มีระบบสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถตอบสนองการใช้งานและนำข้อมูลมาจัดทำรายงานได้รวดเร็ว ทันสมัย และเป็นประโยชน์ เพื่อการจัดการ
- จัดการสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเว็บแอปพลิเคชันขององค์กร รวมถึง:
- ระบบ Workflow
- ระบบจองห้องประชุม (Room Booking)
- ระบบแผนปฏิบัติการ
- ระบบตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพ (KPI)
- ระบบใบเสร็จรับเงินการตรวจสอบ
- ระบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Documents)
- สนับสนุนงานสำหรับผู้ใช้ (IT support) และแก้ไขปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานโปรแกรมระบบ SAP และเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ
- จัดอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถของพนักงานในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- ประสานงาน จัดประชุม และเขียนรายงานสรุปผลการประชุมแผนกหรือการประชุมโครงการ
- นำเสนอแนวคิดในการสร้างแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านไอทีและศึกษาและเรียนรู้ข้อมูลเทคโนโลยีใหม่เกี่ยวกับงานที่รับผิดชอบสำหรับหัวหน้า
- ดูแลการแก้ไขปัญหาในการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้ได้อย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduated with a High vocational Certificate/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information System or other related fields.
- Have work experience at least 2 years in supporting and maintaining information systems.
- Experience working with SAP support FI-co Module or MM Module.
- Basic English Communication
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge in raw water, tap water, water treatment, water system
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในการสนับสนุนและบำรุงรักษาระบบสารสนเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับ SAP, FI-co Module หรือ MM Module
- ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
