Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related field. - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer with Factory-Automation products. Have hands-on experience in factory automation, robotics, pneumatic systems, motion control, PLCs, sensors, or related equipment. - Conversation High in English (Able to manage reports and emails / communicate with Japanese management) - Strong understanding of solution-based selling. - Have been involved in automation projects, either in design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or system integration. - Understand industry applications such as assembly lines, packaging machines, conveyors, semiconductors, automotive, food & beverage automation, or general manufacturing systems. - Good personality, self-motivated, and hardworking. - Must hold a valid driving license and own a car. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - experience in Smart Factories, IoT, Digital Transformation, PLCs, Servo Motor and robots is a plus
