Work Outline: Responsible for System analysis work and User support
Duties & Responsibility:
Do and Lead System analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol)
Do and lead User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customer, escalate to proper parties if necessary)
Create analysis document for the customer and management and explain customer manager
Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project
Lead Operation and report manager periodically and improve operation & staff environment
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, 28-36 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or any related field
CISSP, CCNA Security, CCNP Security certificate holder
At least 4 years of working experience in any related field
Japanese skills (N3 or above)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience with service desk business field
Experience with Information Security business field
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (N3 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: Shift (Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*(after05.00 is OT))
